SPRING CLEANS
A full spring clean by the caretaker/yourself is mandatory for all houses before the start of the letting season. Any chipped crockery, dirty shower curtains etc will be automatically replaced anything else will be discussed with you first.
Washing of all pillow and mattress protectors will be included within the spring clean. If any need replacing, we will do this on your behalf.
We will determine the hours allocated for the cleaner to do the spring clean to maintain the property to a required letting standard. During completion we will personally check your property.
The spring clean hourly rate is £13 your own private caretakers may vary.
WINTER CLEANING LIST
If you would like anything extra to the below cleaned, please let us know at the end of this section. If you need more detail please use the ‘other’ option to write more information.
Some pillows & duvets are not able to be washed due to the filling and so in this case they would be replaced with hollow fibre hypoallergenic ones unless requested otherwise below.
