Port Isaac Bay Holidays are a small independent, local letting agent with our office based at the top of the village.

With a wealth of experience in the industry and local knowledge of the area that is second to none, we believe in exceptional customer service to both owners and guests alike, we are only ever a phone call or email away, and if you are visiting the village, please do pop in for a chat!

We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and take the utmost of care with all the properties we manage, with regular inspections, recommendations on any work we feel may benefit the property, organising Winter Maintenance and Spring Cleans to be carried out by reputable local tradesmen, we have a team of local housekeepers who we schedule to carry out the property cleans, we organise the hire and laundering of linen and towels and we can assist with obtaining quotes for any works you may require to be undertaken, plus much, much more!

We welcome all guests to Port Isaac and arrange for them to collect the keys directly from ourselves in the office where we are then able to answer any questions they may have and assist them with information they may need to maximise their stay. We also provide them with a complimentary Cream Tea and a pint of milk for their arrival which we place in the property whilst carrying out our pre-arrival check to ensure everything is perfect for your guests.

We also offer a Key Holding service, so if you are not renting out your property, but require a professional team to carry out regular inspections and keep a general eye on your second home, we would welcome hearing from you too!

In a nutshell, we are a friendly, approachable team who believe in good old fashioned customer service, going above and beyond for our owners and guests alike, even down to assisting guests with getting their luggage to the property if access is difficult!
